If you’ve ever visited a Buc-ee’s, you know exactly why the latest Indiana news is turning heads.

Buc-ee’s Could Soon Break Ground in Greenwood

Buc-ees is known for its massive convenience stores, the cleanest restrooms in the industry, its world-famous beaver mascot, and merchandise and snacks that people actually travel for. Now, it looks like Indiana might be next.

According to the Indiana Business Journal, Texas-based Buc-ee’s is in advanced talks to purchase a nearly 28-acre site just off East Worthsville Road and Interstate 65 in Greenwood, with additional adjacent properties under negotiation. If the deal goes through, this would be the first Buc-ee’s in Indiana, something fans, travelers, and road-trip enthusiasts have been eagerly waiting for.
