Several large ponds, 3 pole barn garages with oversized roll-up doors. There are approx 12-14 acres of woodlands. A 1000 SQFT block concessions building with a variety of food and drink options to choose from, a projector room, an office, and an outdoor concrete pad for the picnic tables.
