Attention, all wizards and witches! You can have a one-of-a-kind experience in southern Indiana this summer that you won't want to miss out on.

In the late 90s and early 2000s, certain books and movies really put wizards on the map. You know exactly what I am talking about, "Harry Potter." To this day, so many people are fascinated by the "wizarding world" and everything that goes along with it. I'm sure you know a few people who are big fans; you might even be one of them. Your kids, especially, might be fascinated by all things magical. If that's the case, they will want to be a part of something very "magical" in southern Indiana this year.

Wizard World Summer Camp Coming to Angel Mounds in Southern Indiana

Angel Mounds is a 600-acre historical site that was once the metropolis of the Mississippian Native American culture. It's a really fascinating site to visit here in the Evansville area if you have never been before. You can learn all about the history and what to see and do at Angel Mounds by clicking here. Angel Mounds hosts several events throughout the year, including some really cool camps. One summer camp in particular will immerse you into the wizarding world.

The Wizard World Summer Camp at Angel Mounds will be taking place June 9th through 13th, from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. I'm not going to lie, I think that the kids are going to have a blast here. This is what you can expect:

Get ready to learn delicate wand waving as our expert instructors guide you through charming spells in a spell-casting workshop. Choose your house wisely and engage in thrilling competitions that will sweep you off your feet—or perhaps just off your broom!
