4 Years After Being Sold, Nelly’s Missouri Mansion Still Empty?

It's been nearly 4 years since Nelly's elaborate Wildwood, Missouri mansion was sold so you'd think it would be occupied by now. A recent video share seems to infer that it's still empty and offers video and photo proof that no one's home.

It was back in 2021 that I first shared pics and video of what was then Nelly's abandoned mansion that had just gone on the market. Later that year, it was reportedly sold for around $600,000. That's why I was very surprised to see a video short shared only 3 weeks ago by BigBankz on YouTube showing this Wildwood, Missouri property still sits empty. He offered a new look inside this mansion which seems to have some work being done on it.

I have to wonder if the organization that bought it is running into issues of the cost to repair and renovate being more effort than it's worth. If you've ever done a home renovation, you know that's a challenge even on a regular house where unexpected things can and do happen. It's exponentially harder for an elaborate mansion like the one Nelly used to own. It still seems to be a place worth fixing up. Let's hope whoever holds the keys now finds a way to get it done so it can be lived in again.
