Indiana is home to an adult baby store, and it turns out some people in the Noblesville community are less than stoked about it.

What are adult babies?

This is not something I ever thought I'd write about, but here we are.  It's 2022, and nothing is off the table anymore.  I figure before we get into the real meat and potatoes of what's going on here with this adult baby store, we should first define adult babies.  So what are adult babies?  To be completely honest, I had never heard of adult babies until I saw the TLC show My Crazy Obsession. The show highlighted Stanley, who by all accounts is a normal guy, but when he's in his home he lives his life as a small child.

Stanley has a crib, all kinds of toys, wears diapers, and even drinks from a bottle and eats baby food.

What is an adult baby store?

The particular adult baby store in question is called My Inner Baby and it's located in Noblesville, Indiana.  The store looks like a normal baby store, except everything is big enough to fit adults.  From the looks of it, they carry adult-sized body suits,  pacifiers, diapers, etc... If a baby uses it, this store looks like they carry it in adult size.

My Inner Baby Backlash

According to WISH-TV My Inner Baby recently got a cease and desist letter as the Board of Zoning Appeals says the business is in violation of what it was zoned for.  They say the business was zoned as a medical supply store, but that the store is actually a sex store.  You can check out the full article here.

I honestly didn't know that adult baby role-playing was popular enough to warrant a brick-and-mortar store, but apparently, it is! Hey, I am not here to judge, it is not my place to tell someone they're in the wrong for doing something they enjoy, for whatever reasons they enjoy it. As long as it's not hurting anyone, who cares? We're all adults here. But that's just my two cents.  What do you think?
