With just over two weeks to go before the start of the 2014-2015 season, the Evansville IceMen will convene at the Ford Center this Sunday to start preparing for a run at the ECHL championship.

The nine-day training camp will run through Thursday, October 16th, and will feature two open practice sessions that will give fans the opportunity to stop by and watch the team go through their drills, as well as a couple of intrasquad scrimmages.

Those dates are Tuesday, October 7th, and Thursday, October 9th. Start time for both is 10 a.m.

In other IceMen news, Defenseman, Guillame Lepine will head to Lyon, France with the Binghamton Senators (the IceMen's AHL affiliate) for three preseason games on October 2nd, 4th and 5th before returning to Ottawa on the 7th to find out where he will start the 2014-2015 season.

Fans will also have the opportunity to meet IceMen players, coaches, and other personnel at the annual West Side Nut Club Fall Festival on Franklin Street beginning Monday.

Remember, single game tickets for the upcoming season are available now at the Ford Center box office between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and online through Ticketmaster.

Season tickets are also still available. Call an IceMen Account Executive at 812-421-GOAL (4625) for more information.

If you can't make it to a game this season, you'll be able to catch 70 of the 72 games on the schedule on ESPN Evansville 105.3, as well as online at ESPNevansville.com
