According to meteorologist Ron Rhodes from Eyewitness News, we're going to spend the next three or four days below 40 degrees.  In fact, our nighttime lows are going to be hovering near the 20 mark.  Brrrrrrr!! But have no fear!  I found something on the internet that's guaranteed to warm you up.

Now, I know a lot of you are coffee drinkers.  Me?  I have never enjoyed the taste of coffee.  However, since I was a kid I have been addicted to hot chocolate.  I have been knocking down packets of Swiss Miss since the late 70s.  LOL!  And I STILL drink hot chocolate as an adult.  Just two nights ago I made a big old packet of Swiss Miss Marshmallow Lovers hot cocoa.  It's the dual packet Swiss Miss.  One packet contains the hot chocolate mix and it's attached to another packet that is stuffed full of those mini-marshmallows.  Yes!  I'm 49-years-old and I still drink hot chocolate like I'm eight.

Well, check this out.  If you're a hot chocolate fan like I am, here's a great homemade recipe.  I saw this recently on the Smart School House Facebook page.  It looks absolutely delicious.

Easy enough, right?

Okay- so the ingredients:

**5 cups of milk**

12 ounces of sweetened condensed milk

1 cup of chocolate chips

1 tsp of vanilla

**I normally only drink skim milk, but for this recipe, I would most definitely use whole milk.  It would make it even thicker and creamier.**

And, as you can see in the video, you can garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.  ENJOY!
