Ahead of Guns & Hoses 13 (August 22nd at the Ford Center, by the way) 911 Gives Hope is giving you the chance to support the cause with a new shirt featuring a familiar face.

Mickey Phernetton is the daughter of 911 Gives Hope founding member, Evansville Police Department Sergeant Pat Phernetton, and the reason 911 Gives Hope exists. Diagnosed with Prader–Willi syndrome at a very young age, she is the "Mickey" of Mickey's Kingdom. The amazing playground completed in Fall 2018 next to the Evansville Museum on Riverside Drive.

In addition to having a playground named after her, this amazing young woman now has her face imprinted on a brand new shirt you can buy right now through the 911 Gives Hope store on Etsy.

Available in sizes medium through 3X (smalls were sold out as of this writing) the design, created by 911 Gives Hope board member Shannon Booker, is a play on the logo of Mighty Mick's Gym, the fictitious gym where a certain "Italian Stallion" by the name of Rocky Balboa trained for his first fight against Apollo Creed in the 1976 film Rocky.

The shirts are $15 each regardless of size with all proceeds benefiting 911 Gives Hope. Get yours now on Etsy.

And don't forget to get your tickets for Guns & Hoses 13 at the Ford Center August 22nd.
