How Eating Mac & Cheese at the Fall Festival Will Help the Hungry

The cook at the Evansville Rescue Mission happens to be an Executive Chef, and he is working his magic at the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival. Inside booth #136, they are serving up 6 kinds of gourmet mac & cheese. The Fiesta and Buffalo Chicken are new varieties this year. After day 1, we hear that the Fiesta is out-selling the West Side! We talked with President / CEO, Tracy Gorman and Assistant Director of Development, Victoria Flaherty, about their biggest funder of the year:

For over 90 years, the Evansville Rescue Mission has hosted our annual Thanksgiving food basket giveaway, the Gobbler Gathering. Taking place each year on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, the Gobbler Gathering allows ERM to provide more than 2,300 Tri-State families with a free 70 pound food basket.
