The Hope Gallery is a unique boutique with a profound mission. This gallery isn't just a place to shop; it's a place of hope, empowerment, and skill-building for individuals with developmental disabilities. After three years in Newburgh, The Hope Gallery is moving to a larger space.

Wonderfully Made. Perfectly Unique.

The Hope Gallery is more than just a store; it's a beacon of opportunity. It provides a platform for young adults in our community who often face limited job prospects. Here, they are not only offered meaningful work but also a supportive, positive, and refreshingly unconventional environment. The gallery's atmosphere is a bit "funky," reflecting the spirit of creativity that thrives within its walls. But those walls need to expand.

Art Tells a Story

What sets The Hope Gallery apart is its commitment to promoting representation for individuals with disabilities. The gallery collaborates with artists from all over the country, showcasing products exclusively crafted by individuals with disabilities. Every item in the gallery tells a story of creativity, determination, and the triumph of artistic expression. I'm so excited that The Hope Gallery continues to grow.

Where is The New Location?

The Hope Gallery won't be moving too far away from Newburgh. The new location is on Green River Road, across from Washington Square Mall at 1109 S. Green River Road. The shop will be open on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Empowering Everyone with Disabilities

In this space, the team members not only run the storefront but also create and sell products from other talented artists. It's a collective effort that celebrates diversity, breaks down barriers, and proves that art knows no boundaries.

LOOK: How Many of These Classic Summer Toys Do You Remember?

If you grew up in the Wild West of the '60s, '70s, or '80s, summer toys were a lifeline because many of us were locked outside (until the street lights came on). Inside was no place for a kid! Check out these classic summer toys that kept us cool, kept us busy, and always seemed to add a dash of danger.
