During the Holiday World hiring events, prospective first-time Team Members will have 15-minute phone interviews with park management. If you are interested, you should immediately visit HolidayWorld.com/jobs, fill out your official application and schedule an interview. Park officials suggest doing so quickly- especially for 14 and 15-year-olds- because some positions fill very quickly.

In addition to competitive pay, Holiday World offers a variety of job perks for Team Members. They include:

50% off food

20% off Holiday World merchandise

Employee parties with exclusive ride time

Free access to other amusement parks and attractions in the area

Two free uniforms

Access to employee transportation for a nominal fee

A $13 starting wage for individuals 16 and older

A weekly points program for Holiday World tickets, food and prizes

To apply for a job at Holiday World and Splashin' Safari, individuals must be at least 14-years-old. However, most positions at the park require you to be 16 or older.

Park officials add that Team Member return rates hit a record high in 2023 and that could mean fewer spots for new employees in the 2024 season. So, first-time applicants are encouraged to apply early.
