Holiday World & Splashin' Safari have teamed up with the Evansville band Happy New Month to create a deliciously creative parody song and video inspired by their newest family coaster, Good Gravy! Leave it to Holiday World to take would could have been an average theme‑park promo, and turn it into an homage stuffed with Southern charm, comedy, and more gravy puns than you can shake a turkey leg at. And it doesn’t hurt that they used one of the most popular songs from the 1980s.

A Gravy-Fueled Tribute to ‘80s Rock

The video for “Pour Some Gravy on Me” features gargantuan gravy boats, plenty of kitchen shenanigans, and maybe even a cameo from Grandma Gracy and Grandpa Gavin. In addition to the visuals, the guys from Happy New Month absolutely nailed the music.

Why This Parody Video Deserves a Standing Ovation

Perfectly On‑Theme

This parody hits all the right Holiday World notes – wholesome, fun, and absolutely gravy-centric, in harmony with the coaster’s Thanksgiving feast aesthetic.

Sneak Peek at Holidays in the Sky

This video also teases their upcoming Holidays in the Sky event. So, while you’re giggling along, you’ll also start to get stoked for fireworks, light shows, and that festive Holiday World magic!

Built to Go Viral

It’s aimed to go viral. The silly visuals, catchy soundtrack, and clever branding make it a perfect social media gem for fans to share, tag friends, and maybe even belt out at the Thanksgiving table.

Gravy, Giggles, and Great Theme Park Vibes

This parody video is a celebration of everything that makes Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari special - immersive theming, family fun, and a sprinkle of ridiculous humor. Whether you're an adrenaline junkie, a gravy aficionado, or just in it for the laughs, this video is sure to leave you grinning, humming the tune, and thinking: I need gravy. And theme‑park days.
