The Golden Globes 2020 nominations are here!

The nominees for the 77th Golden Globe Awards, which will be hosted by comedian Ricky Gervais and air on Sunday, January 5 on NBC, were revealed live from Los Angeles on Monday (December 9), with celebrity presenters Dakota Fanning, Tim Allen and Susan Kelechi Watson announcing this year’s picks.

Netflix's The Irishman and Marriage Story led the film categories, The Crown, Fleabag and Succession all received multiple nods for television and Meryl Streep broke her own record by scoring her 34 Golden Globe nod.

Taylor Swift was also nominated for her original song, "Beautiful Ghosts," with Andrew Lloyd Webber from the upcoming film Cats, Jennifer Aniston picked up a nom for AppleTV's The Morning Show and Brad Pitt landed a nomination for his role in Once Upon a Time in...Hollywood. (The film also received nominations for best film, best actor for Leonardo DiCaprio, and best director and best screenplay for Quentin Tarantino.)

As for the biggest snubs this year... Game of Thrones earned just one nomination for Best Actor (Kit Harington) and both Schitt's Creek and the critically acclaimed miniseries When They See Us? got no love at all.
