I guess I don't know what I was expecting, but when I think about a bucket-list restaurant, even if it is fast food, I picture a spot that leans toward the "fancy" and "expensive" side of dining. Someplace with exotic ingredients and crazy menu options. Their choice for Indiana's bucket-list spot is none of those things.

Fast food doesn’t get much better than the sensational hot dogs served up at this much-loved cart, located at 16th and Emerson in Indianapolis. These one-of-a-kind wieners are steamed to perfection and served Chicago-style, with all the classic fixings: yellow mustard, sweet relish, freshly chopped onions, sliced tomatoes, and pickles. Fans also love the Garcia Ruben Dog, which comes topped with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing. A full meal with chips and a drink typically costs under $10, too.
