First Annual Freakin’ Freezin’ Race Postponed

With the snow and ice, the race has been postponed until January 27th.

 If race on 20th is postponed to 27th and you can not attend, you may transfer bib to another. If event cancelled on 27th, entries are non-refundable. Entry will be non-refundable if you personally can't attend either date. A maximum of 200 participants can participate in this year's first ever "Freakin' Freezin' Race hosted by Evansville Cryo and Tri State Fitness.  The event will be held at the Deaconess Sports Park on North Green River Road in Evansville.

The course will begin at 2 pm - 4 pm and take walkers/runners around the paved 1.05 mile track around the park.  You'll have an option of a short (approximately 2.1 miles) or long ( 4.2 miles) distance race.

The cost:

• $27 for the short and long distance race
• $30 for late registration
• $20 medal only option

There will NOT be a kids dash at this race!

Awards will be given for short and long distances:  Overall Male & Female; Top 3 Male/Top 3 Female (excluding overall winners) 13 & Under, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
Proceeds will benefit the Vikings Youth Boys and Girls Basketball teams.
