For some kids, their best, and sometimes only, meals of the day happen at school because the families is struggling to make ends meet for any number of reasons. It's especially tough during the summer months when school is out which is why the EVSC, like many school corporations in the Tri-State, are offering free meals for those students even when school isn't in session.

The Corporation released the dates and locations for their Free Summer Meals for Kids Program on Thursday through their Facebook page.
