My spirits are lifted, and there's a big grin on my face right now. Wanna know why? Baseball season is here! College baseball just started, and high school baseball and Major League Baseball will be here before the end of March. Then we only have to wait until May for the Evansville Otters to take the field.

The Otters just released the promotional calendar for the 2025 season. These are all of the special occasions or themed games. The fact is, just about every home game has some sort of promotional tie-in, just in case you needed another reason to go watch a ball game at historic Bosse Field.

Below are some of the returning promotions that Otters fans look forward to each season.

  • April 30 and May 5 - Education Day Game
  • May 8 - OPENING DAY!!!
  • May 9 - Otters 30th Season Celebration Night
  • May 10 - Superhero Night
  • June 4 - Day Camp Game
  • June 17 - Evan the Otter's Birthday
  • July 3 - Jacob's Village Night
  • Thursday home games throughout the season will once again be "Thirsty" Thursdays
