Evansville Fire Department Accepting Firefighter Applications

The Evansville Fire Department are looking for a few good people to join the crew!

The Department is currently accepting applications for firefighters at fire stations across the city. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen between 21 and 35-years-old with a valid driver's license, and no felony convictions among other requirements.

If accepted, applicants will take a written exam at the Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center on Lynch Road May 4th followed by CPAT testing at the EFD Administration Building in downtown Evansville during the months of June and July. Make it past those and you'll move on to the interview rounds scheduled for September.
