The Indiana Chamber of Commerce has just revealed the 2025 Best Places to Work in Indiana, and this year, 150 companies earned a coveted spot on the list - the largest group in the program's 20-year history!
These workplaces span over 20 industries and come from every corner of the state, including right here in Evansville. They are being recognized for creating exceptional environments where employees can thrive. The list was compiled using employer reports and in-depth employee surveys conducted by the Workforce Research Group.

What’s even more exciting? This year brought a brand-new category to the mix! With so many small businesses stepping up and joining the fun, the Chamber introduced a "small-medium" size category to better represent the growing number of smaller organizations making a big impact. The winners span five categories based on company size, from small businesses with as few as 15 employees to major companies with over 1,000 team members.
The honorees hail from over 30 cities and towns across Indiana, including Evansville, Bloomington, Carmel, Fishers, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and more. Plus, many of these businesses have multiple locations throughout the state, meaning their positive influence reaches far and wide.
