Indiana School Principal Salutes the Snow With Hilarious ‘New Kids on the Block’ Parody
I wonder how the students at Evansville Christian School (ECS) feel about their principal. Do they shake their head and say something like, "OMG, you're so cringe" when one of his videos goes viral? Or do they recognize and appreciate how incredibly creative and talented he is?

Mike Allen is the ECS principal I'm referring to. Mike is also known by many as The Parody Principal on YouTube, where he has shared nearly 50 hilarious videos aimed at amusing his students, staff, and whoever else sees them. In his latest video, Mike is singing about a popular (and frustrating) topic this year - the weather. It has been one of those "if I don't laugh I'm gonna cry" situations - so Mike decided to make us laugh.
Once again, The Parody Principal has chosen the perfect song for the occasion, accompanied by funny lyrics, good vocals, and great production. The end result is "The White Stuff," an homage to snow to the tune of "The Right Stuff" from New Kids on the Block.
This is actually the third video he's released so far in 2025 - this winter has provided plenty of inspiration. The others include a parody of "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) from The Proclaimers - "500 Smiles" is what you see during a snow day.
He also did his best "Greatest Showman" impression with his version called "The Latest Snow."
Think about how much time it must take to make one of these videos - writing lyrics that fit, laying down the vocals, shooting and editing the video - all while also being the principal of a school. It's truly amazing.
