2025 Drums on the Ohio to Be Held at New Location in Evansville
Drums on the Ohio will roar into the River City on Wednesday, July 23, but at a new location for 2025. The historic Reitz Bowl on Evansville's west side has always been home to Drums on the Ohio, but due to some renovations at the bowl, this year's event will move to the north side. The stadium at Evansville Central High School will be the location for DOTO this year!
Drums on the Ohio is part of the Drum Corps International (DCI) tour of events happening all over the country this summer. DCI boasts over 20 of the premier drum & bugle corps in all the land. Think of it as the Major Leagues for on-field performances.
Take a look at the five talented corps that are scheduled to perform at DOTO 2025...
Phantom Regiment from Rockford, IL
The history of the Phantom Regiment goes all the way back to 1962 in Rockford, IL. Over the past 50 years, they have become synonymous with drum & bugle corps and will no doubt put on an amazing show in Evansville.
Gold from San Diego, CA
Gold Drum and Bugle Corps was founded in Hawthorne, CA in 2005, relocating to Oceanside, CA in 2010 in order to expand its service to the entire Southern California region. Since then Gold has grown rapidly, appearing every year at the Drum Corps International World Championships, and has become a fan favorite in the drum & bugle corps activity.
Santa Clara Vanguard from Santa Clara, CA
Vanguard Music and Performing Arts (VMAPA) is a non-profit performing arts education and youth development organization. For over 54 years, we have stayed true to the spirit of our namesake, by leading the way forward in the marching arts through bold new developments and innovative ideas.
Pacific Crest from City of Industry, CA
Pacific Crest began in 1993 with 33 students. Today Pacific Crest is one of North America’s most respected performing arts programs, and reaches 3,900 students each year. At the heart of our program is our Drum and Bugle Corps, one of the nation’s foremost ensembles of its kind.
Boston Crusaders from Boston, MA
