CBD Oil Stays Legal In Indiana
Governor Eric Holcomb made it official yesterday after signing Senate Bill 52 into law to legalize the sale and use of CBD oil in the state of Indiana as long as it has a THC level of .3 percent or lower.
With the low amount of THC, users of CBD oil will not experience a "high" feeling that conventional marijuana users typically experience.
For people who have medical conditions such as epilepsy, cancer, and severe pain, CBD oil has been show to be very effective and helpful.
The bill states:
Testing, packaging, and labeling requirements for the distribution and retail sale of low THC hemp extract” will take effect on July 1, 2018.
