Carriage Inn: A Southern Indiana Gem
Carriage Inn, a beloved local restaurant, is on the market! Owners Cindy and Chris Scheller are seeking a new owner to continue the legacy of this charming establishment. They are moving on to the next chapter of their life, so this isn't for sale because of the lack of business.
Known for its great service and delicious food, Carriage Inn has been a staple in the community for nearly fifty years. The Schellers take great pride in the restaurant and are committed to finding a buyer who will appreciate its value. They are looking for a very specific type of buyer that will continue not only the legacy, but the homemade recipes, and excellent service.
If The Carriage Walls Could Talk
The Carriage Inn is located on East Gibson Street in the very small town of Haubstadt, Indiana. The building itself was built in the early 1900s and that is where the horses stayed.
