Bed Bath & Beyond Announces Closure of Evansville Retail Store

Another major retailer is closing stores after filing Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. This will leave Evansville's East side with another very large space to fill.

After years of being a go-to destination for really cool kitchen appliances and gadgets, Bed Bath & Beyond has announced that it will be closing all of its retail stores.

This news may come as a shock to many loyal customers who have relied on the store for everything from kitchen appliances to bedding and 'As Seen on TV' products. The closure of all Bed Bath & Beyond locations, including the one in Evansville, Indiana, marks the end of an era for a company that has been a household name for decades.

When will the Evansville Store Close?

The signage as of Friday, June 23, 2023, says that these are the final 3 days. We can expect the Evansville Bed, Bath, and Beyond store to close at the end of business on Sunday.

I was able to find some nice sheet sets, rugs, various decorations, and other items 80% off. The fixtures throughout the store are also for sale.
