The Beach Boys Join the Owensboro Symphony Orchestra at the Beaver Dam Amphitheatre
Here's some exciting news from the Beaver Dam Amphitheatre in Ohio County, Kentucky! A big taste of California is coming to town to meet up with a big taste of Owensboro.
YES! The legendary group The Beach Boys are coming to the DAM in August and, for the first time ever, they're going to take the stage with the Owensboro Symphony Orchestra.
The Beach Boys and the Owensboro Symphony Orchestra will be playing under the direction of Maestro Troy Quinn!
The show is set for Saturday, August 12th- which is the day following the highly-anticipated Chris Young concert!
The Beach Boys, known as "America's Band", are coming back to Beaver Dam Amphitheatre for a one-night-only magical performance with the Owensboro Symphony. Gates will open at 5:30pm and the show will get underway at 7pm CST.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Saturday, March 18th at 9am CST. However, there is a Fan & Venue Presale that runs from 9am through 11:59pm CST on Friday, March 17th. To get the presale password, you need to sign up for the Beaver Dam Amphitheatre newsletter by CLICKING HERE.
Becky Geary, who serves as the Executive Director of Beaver Dam Tourism Commission, says that she is expecting a sell out for this "historic" evening and encourages Beach Boys and Owensboro Symphony fans to get their tickets as soon as possible.
Troy Quinn, the conductor of the OSO, says, "I am thrilled to perform . . . with such a legendary group as The Beach Boys."
