Music legend Billy Joel has been making the rounds on tour of late, with the occasional special guest dropping in on his sets. During Saturday's show in Los Angeles, it was Axl Rose that caused the biggest stir, playing on a pair of songs with the "Piano Man."

Rose handled vocals on Joel's "Big Shot," which can be viewed via fan-shot footage of the performance on one of the Dodger Stadium big screens below. The performance of "Big Shot" came during the body of the show, with Rose exiting the stage after the song.

Meanwhile, Joel has played a cover of AC/DC's "Highway to Hell" during his sets in the past, and given that Rose subbed in for AC/DC last year on tour, it was a perfect fit for him to take on that performance during the encore as well. See footage of Rose doing "Highway to Hell" with Joel above.

Rose also welcomed pop star Pink during his set, as she sang "New York State of Mind" as well as her own song "I Try" during the performance.

Axl will be back with Guns N' Roses later this month as the band kicks off a European leg of the "Not in This Lifetime" tour at Dublin's Slane Castle on May 27. Dates can be seen here. As for Joel, his next show is set for May 25 at New York's Madison Square Garden. See all of his dates here.
