OSCAR is a two-and-a-half-year-old cattle dog mix (hence the 'mooooo' reference above), who only weighs about 28 pounds. He is a wee fella with a huge smile, and pretty big ears too. OSCAR is currently in a foster home and he's doing great. He loves playing with other animals, so that shouldn't be a problem for whoever ends up adopting him. It Takes a Village tells us OSCAR is super upbeat with an awesome "Don't worry be happy" attitude.
