Evansville Turns Into Wonderland

If you've ever wanted to take a look through the looking glass and immerse yourself in Wonderland, there is one day in the spring of 2023 when the streets of Evansville will be turned into a virtual escape room style experience that is Alice in Wonderland-themed.

So what is a virtual escape room experience?

This isn't the first time these games have been hosted in the city, but specifically the Alice in Wonderland one is coming back in 2023. So what is a virtual escape room experience? Well it kind of reminds me of Pokemon Go, it's an experience where you hunt around Evansville, and use your phone as your guide. You can put together a team of up to 6 people and work together to "save" Alice who is trapped in Wonderland.

Hosting the virtual event is Clued Upp games, here is what they have to say about the Alice in Wonderland game:

For one day only, the streets of Evansville, IN will turn into a giant, escape-room-style experience on Saturday, April the 29th, 2023. Don’t be late!

Solve clues which just get curiouser and curiouser, take on mad and mischievous challenges, and uncover a dark conspiracy at the heart of Wonderland.

The event will take place on April 23rd, 2023. In 2020 I had some friends who did the murder mystery version of this type of game, and they said it was a lot of fun, so I just may have to try this out myself!
