Is Actor Michael Rosenbaum Really Buying a Southern Indiana House

I'm not gonna lie, I like being able to name-drop Michael Rosenbaum or Rosey if you grew up with him here in Indiana.

You know he's the famous actor from Newburgh, Indiana that played Lex Luthor on the CW series Smallville for seven seasons, and wrote, directed, and starred in the movie 'Back in the Day'. He was in Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and has a role in Guardians 3. Of course, his list of credits is a lot longer than that.

I would imagine that after living in L.A. for any amount of time coming back to Evansville or Newburgh feels like 'Smallville'. But for Michael Rosenbaum, that is one of the things that he loves about Indiana.
