Even if you don't have the popular bike or tread from Peloton or other brands like NordicTrack, you can still get a good workout at home. You can actually download the Peloton app and select from a variety of workouts including: Yoga, Cardio, Meditation, Strength, Treadmill and Bike. The app is free for 30 days and $12.99 monthly. LesMills classes are also available through their app, with a free trial.
