My son Chase always picks up some good books during the Scholastic Book Fair at school. I love it when he brings home the best ones, like joke books. Even though the jokes featured in 'Laugh Out Loud Animal Jokes for Kids', and simple and child-like, they crack me up! I thought I should share some of them with you, so you could have a little laugh:

Q. Why was the dog depressed?

A. Because his life was so rough.

Q. Why were the chickens so tired?

A. They were working around the cluck.

Q. What is a cow's favorite vegetable?

A. Cow-iflower.

Q. Why did the horse keep falling over?

A. It wasn't stable

Q. What kind of insect is hard to understand?

A. Jellyfish

Q. What is black and white and red all over?
