Where’s Your Favorite Place in the Tri-State for Ice Cream?

Since it's feeling more like summertime, what better way to celebrate the hot season than with ice cream!  We all scream for ice cream!  

Where is your favorite place in the Tri-State to get an ice cream cone or scoops in a dish, a hot fudge sundae or other flavor of sundae, or milkshake?

I tried making a "perfect swirl" in a cup at the Rivertown Ice Cream in Newburgh.  FAILED!  haha!  Oh well, it tasted excellent!
