Where Should Liberty Take Her Australian Friend For Dinner?

I have a friend visiting from Australia, and this is her first time in America. We will only have the chance to grab dinner one night this week, because she is here for business. Of course, I want to impress her with an awesome local restaurant, but we have so many to choose from!  Where should I take her? Keep in mind, I'm super picky, and she will eat basically anything. I swear the lunch she ate yesterday looked like muddy water! (It was Pho) I have a few options in mind, but I just can't decide.
