Our Fursday Pet of the Week is BEA...a 10-year-old mix available for adoption at It Takes a Village Canine Shelter on Stockwell Rd. Please consider making her part of your family!

BEA was part of the "Hillview Hoarding" case which has gotten so much media attention lately. BEA has a hard time hearing, so It Takes a Village suggests she go to a home with no child. And because of her hoarding situation, she doesn't do well around other dogs. But trust me, BEA is a sweet, sweet lady. She'll come right up to you and roll over so you can rub her belly.

And BEA is a sponsored pet, which means that some generous person has already paid the $185 adoption fee. So that means that BEA is essentially FREE to take home!
