I am an apple-a-holic.  Ask my husband and my hairdresser, too, 'cause they will tell you how much I love apples.  I eat an apple every day and enjoy an occasional side dish of homemade fruit dip as part of my daily breakfast.  Here's the Fruit Dip Recipe:

This is a simple, easy recipe to prepare as a dip for apples or any fruit or just by itself.   My son and daughter-in-law eat this quite frequently as part of their protein-packed breakfast and got me hooked on it, too!

Homemade Fruit Dip

  • 1/2 cup        Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 - 2 tsp.      Honey
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp.   Peanut butter (I prefer smooth, but you can use any variety)
  • Dash            Cinnamon

Prepare in a bowl, stir, and mix well!  It's simple, easy, and delicious with apples or any fruit you desire.  You can also eat it without fruit, too!   You can double or triple the recipe depending on the size of your family.   Yum!  #HealthyEating  #FruitDip  #ProteinPackedSnack  #GoodForEveryone
