Oakland City Police Department’s Lip-Sync Video is Finally Here!

Things move at a slower pace in Gibson County. I can say that, because I'm from there. That's probably why they are just now jumping on the Lip-Sync Challenge bandwagon! In their defense, they are the first department in Gibson County to do it.
