It's really important to take care of ourselves inside and outside - mentally and physically. On this National Women's Health and Fitness Day, let's try our best to keep healthy and stay fit the best we can!  

Since my teens, I've belonged to a gym or health club.  You don't necessarily have to, but, for me personally, I enjoy the variety of machines and weights a gym has to offer.

One of my concerns right now is the extra flab in my arms, waist, and back!  What the heck!  Check out this video with Harley, my trainer at Bob's Gym and the exercises that she suggested for those difficult spots.  Watch.  [Video]
