Dick’s Sporting Goods Isn’t Leaving Evansville

There have been a few rumors about Dick's Sporting Goods in Evansville, so I went straight to the source to find out what is going on.

No, Dick's Sporting Goods isn't leaving Evansville, but they are relocating to the former Gordman's building, next to Best Buy.

Why Move? Bigger building, better visibility, and lower rent. They hope to have the new location open by February 2018. The current location will remain open during the transition.

No word yet on what will take Dick's place in the Target Pavilion. Fingers crossed that IKEA will move in!
