I've been working in downtown Evansville for 8 years now with Townsquare Media and it's remarkably changing! New places are still opening or under construction and there's still room for more growth! I've also noticed there's some buildings and properties up for sale.

Downtown Evansville is an exciting place to be with new businesses that have recently opened, like Jimmy Johns, Enjole Interiors, Bru Burger, Cafe Arazu, Comfort by the Cross-Eyed Cricket (not opened now, but, opening soon) and more!

This afternoon as I was walking around downtown, I saw a sign that read "Available" in the downtown park on 4th and Main Streets

This park is currently privately family owned and they are interested in selling it.  It's a popular locale in downtown for a nice place to sit and relax at lunchtime, dinnertime, or anytime.

I spoke with Ken Newcomb with FC Tucker Commercial properties and he confirmed that the property which is a true quarter block on 4th and Main Streets downtown is indeed for sale!  The asking price is $750,000.00.

Anyone interested?  My hopes are that who ever purchases this property keeps it as it is...a beautiful downtown park for all to enjoy!  #DowntownEvansvillePark  #localparkforsale  #FCTucker
