Horseshoe Southern Indiana Casino is Moving to Land

Now that Indiana casinos don't have to be in the water, Caesars is planning to invest $85,000,000 in their Southern Indiana property. Personally, I like to visit this casino in Elizabeth, IN, just outside of Louisville, because of the entertainment they feature. This particular area that Horseshoe and it's hotel are in, floods quite frequently. I hope that with the re-design and enhancements, it will help solve the flooding issue. They expect the construction to be complete in 18 months.
