Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is Open in Evansville [Photos]

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market officially opened their doors this morning at 7am in Evansville.  I made a quick stop before I came into work today with no problems!  Take a look inside!  

The first 250 customers in line received free groceries. Although, I didn't get there in time for that offer, I did enjoy all the free samples they had to offer around the store, including a free sample of their coffee.

For me, it's refreshing to have another supermarket option in the area. At the time I visited around 9am, there were no long lines at all!  Around the store, the employees were very friendly and helpful.  I didn't have to wait very long at the checkout line, either!  The young lady who bagged my groceries was very nice and told me if I wanted to come back later in the day, they'd be open until 10 o'clock tonight. Before I left, I grabbed a copy of their Fresh Thyme magazine for recipe ideas and their dietitian's suggestions.
