You're invited to be a part of the 4th annual Gumbo Cook-Off, presented by the Franklin Street Events Association, on Saturday, February 18th.

This year's cook-off is from 1p-4p and features more stops along Franklin Street, more non-profit organizations, and of course more gumbo to consume. And here is perhaps the coolest change to this year's event...a special tasting bowl you get to keep. Instead of wasting hundreds and hundreds of disposable bowls, this year you get a commemorative bowl with your paid admission.

Armbands are on sale NOW and are only $20. But remember, there are only 1,000 armbands available, so you don't want to wait. Purchase tickets at Lamasco Bar & Grill and Thyme in the Kitchen, both on Franklin Street.
