Evansville Trails Coalition Announces Winter Hike Series

It's all about layers friends...layers! So bundle up and hit the trails this winter. You heard/read me correctly...I'm talking about winter hikes!

In an effort to get people up and moving and staying active all year long, the Parks Department and the Evansville Trails Coalition have announced the first ever City Park Winter Hike Series. These are family and pet-friendly events that will be held each weekend through March 3rd.

Winter Hike Series Schedule

• Sunday, February 10th at 2pm - Howell Wetlands
• Saturday, February 16th at 10am - Wesselman Park
• Sunday, February 17th at 2pm - Greenway Passage (Riverfront)
• Saturday, February 23rd at 10am - Garvin Park
• Sunday, February 24th at 2pm - Deaconess Sports Park
• Saturday, March 2nd at 10am - State Hospital
• Sunday, March 3rd at 2pm - Igleheart Park
