Dad Saves the Day By Sliding Into the ‘Best Man’ Role – MY105.3 Rad Dad Story

Over the past couple of weeks we've been asking listeners to submit a story about their "Rad Dad" for a chance to win some great Father's Day prizes. We want to share some of our favorites. Here is Mike's submission.

For reasons that aren't important, I lost my best man from my wedding less than two weeks from the event. I was upset and frustrated to say the least. Not only did my dad step in as my best man on extremely short notice, but he delivered a speech that brought me to tears, and believe me when I say he's not much on speeches. He really delivered for me when I needed him most as an adult, much like he had always done when I was a kid.
