What Happens When You Have Too Many Middle Names?

According to the Social Security Administration, your middle name is not a part of your legal name. What?! I have 3 middle names, and I've always been very adamant about using them on any official document. I drove the ladies at the BMV crazy when I showed them my birth certificate.

It took them three tries to get all of them on my driver's license, but they did! I think having three middle names is really cool. Learning to spell them, when I was little, not so cool. Several of my family members actually chose to call me Michelle when I was little. I guess they thought that Liberty was a little too out-there, so at least they had other options.
