Evansville Law Enforcement Increasing Search for Distracted Drivers

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has declared April "National Distracted Driving Awareness Month," and has offered grants to local law enforcement agencies across the country, including the Evansville Police Department and Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office, to help cover the cost of increased patrols as officers search for drivers focused more on their mobile devices than they are on the road and their surroundings.

Team Collination Hosting Four Free Five for Five Fitness Programs in April

You've likely heard the name Collin Clarke mentioned frequently around the Evansville area for some time. In the event you haven't, Collin, who was born with Down Syndrome, made national headlines after dropping 60 pounds and entering his first body building competition in 2015 where he placed fifth in the Men's Novice Category. Now he's teaming up with the University of Evansville's Graduate Physical Therapy Program to lead a free public workout every Saturday in April for kids ages 5 through 17.
