Warrick County Animal Control is looking for information on a Coonhound that was found shot with an arrow in Elberfeld, thankfully he's okay!

Warrick County Animal Control is now looking into another animal cruelty case. They're searching for information on a stray dog that was found shot with an arrow.  Thankfully surgery to remove the arrow was a success and the dog is okay.

This is unacceptable.  If you or anyone you know has any information or recognize this dog, please contact Warrick County Animal Control at (812) 897-4855.  If you'd like to help donate to help with this dogs medical bills you can also do so by calling Warrick County Animal Control or via PayPal at  wagtreasurer@gmail.com.

Hopefully after this ordeal, this sweet guy can live the rest of his years pain free and well loved.

You can view Warrick County Animal Control's Facebook post below, but please be warned before scrolling down, that there is a graphic image of the wound. Next to the wound, there is a photo of the actual dog who as shot, and he looks really good, minus the band aids around his neck. Poor guy!

So first here's a photo of a puppy, I don't recommend scrolling past this puppy if you are squeamish.
